Care Connect Pathway focuses on PREPARATION and READINESS. We are not a recruitment agency. Job placement is handled separately by Care Recruitment when candidates are ready and based on their choice.
That separation means our only job is getting you ready: your documents correct, your registration on track, and your expectations realistic.

Jalal Hafeedh, Founder and Director
Care Connect Pathway is led by Jalal Hafeedh, Founder and Director, with more than 30 years of experience across public and private healthcare.
He began his career in 1978 with the Dubai Government's Department of Health, progressing from Administrative Manager to Senior Workforce Development Manager, responsible for staffing across multiple hospitals.
He then spent 22 years as Director of general and specialised private hospitals in Dubai, working at both strategic and operational levels.
This experience inspired him to establish Care Connect Pathway to support overseas nurses and caregivers in their recruitment journey and help them become job ready for placement opportunities in New Zealand.
